Capital introductions · Curated deal flow · Mumbai

The right capital. The right company. One trusted introduction.

Diya Ahuja helps venture funds raise capital and find companies that fit their thesis. Founders apply once, free, and reach every fund whose mandate matches.

Free for founders. Always.

Two sides of one table

Diya works for funds. Founders never pay.

For funds

Raise your fund. Fill your pipeline.

Fund managers engage Diya for two things: meeting the limited partners who will back their next fund, and meeting the companies worth backing.

  • Private introductions to family offices, HNIs, corporates and funds of funds
  • A short list of screened companies that fit your sector, stage and cheque size
  • One private link per batch: request an intro or pass in one tap
  • No unsolicited deck forwarding, ever
For funds

For founders

One application. Every fund that fits.

Fill in one short questionnaire. If your company fits, Diya puts it in front of the funds whose mandate matches your sector, stage and round size.

  • Free: founders never pay to be considered or introduced
  • Read by Diya herself, not filtered by keywords
  • Shared only with funds that invest in companies like yours
  • Nothing leaves our hands without your consent
For founders

Why Diya

A matching engine that knows every partner by name.

Databases tell you who invests. Diya knows what each fund is actually looking for this year: the sectors it is leaning into, the cheque it likes to write, and the partner who will take the call.

01

Mandates, not mailing lists

Every fund in her network is mapped by sector, stage, cheque size and geography, and kept current through regular conversations with its partners.

02

Screened before it reaches you

Each company is read before it is shared. Funds see a consistent one-page summary and the deck, not a pile of cold emails.

03

Both sides of the table

Working with managers on their own raise and on their deal flow means Diya understands what limited partners ask of funds, and what funds ask of founders.

04

Discretion by default

Founder details travel only with consent, only to funds that match, and through private links that expire. Fund mandates stay private.

How the match works

From one application to the right three meetings

  1. 1

    Founders apply

A ten-minute questionnaire: what you build, your traction, and the round you are raising. Attach a deck if you have one.

  2. 2

    Diya reviews

Every application is read by Diya. Strong fits are shortlisted and summarised on one page.

  3. 3

    Matched to mandates

Each shortlisted company is matched to the funds whose thesis it fits: sector, stage, cheque size and geography.

  4. 4

    Funds request intros

Each fund gets a private link to its short list. One tap requests an introduction, and Diya makes it personally.

About

Diya Ahuja

Founder, Arelva

Diya Ahuja has built her career in venture capital consulting in Mumbai, working alongside fund managers, investors and founders. Along the way she has come to know many of the funds active in India: what they invest in, how they decide, and who to call.

She started this firm to put that knowledge to work for both sides of the table: helping funds raise capital and find companies that fit their thesis, and giving strong founders a direct route to the investors most likely to say yes.

Founders never pay to be considered. Funds get a short, well-chosen list instead of an inbox full of cold decks.

Questions

What founders and funds ask us

Do founders pay anything?

No. Founders never pay to be considered or introduced. Diya's work is engaged by funds.

Which stages and sectors do you cover?

Pre-seed to pre-IPO, across most sectors. What matters is whether a fund in the network invests in companies like yours, so apply even if your sector is not listed.

Who sees my application?

Diya does. It is shared only with funds whose mandate matches, and only because you agreed to that on the form. Funds see your one-pager and deck through a private link that expires. Ask at any time and we will delete your details.

Do you guarantee funding?

No. Diya makes introductions; investment decisions are entirely the fund's. What we can promise is that the funds who see your company invest in companies like yours.

Will funds sign an NDA?

Funds rarely sign NDAs at first look, so share only what you are comfortable sharing. Detailed diligence material is exchanged directly once a fund wants to meet.

How do funds work with Diya?

Funds engage Diya for capital raising, curated deal flow, or both. Terms are agreed directly with each fund. Start with the fund form or a WhatsApp message.

Do you invest yourselves?

No. We are not a fund, do not invest, and never hold anyone's money.
